Ashtar Grill is an excellent spot for delicious Middle Eastern food! Wonderful menu so far…which I have tried mixed grill(4 skiewrs) , I came all the way from colchester for it via word of mouth. SPACIOUS friendly atmosphere. Multilingual speakers are there to serve customers and I recommend all to give it a try. THANKS 💯👌🙏

I’ve visited this place several times in the past for takeaway, but to my surprise when I walked in recently, I discovered they have plenty of seating. I decided to stay and dine in, and I’m glad I did. A waitress approached us right away — you could tell from her accent that she was from Eastern Europe. Her attitude and service were absolutely outstanding. Thanks to her, even without knowing the exact names or differences between the dishes, we ended up ordering some delicious food that we were truly happy with. The service is first-class, the food is first-class, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent. The staff constantly tidy up, so the place feels neat and well looked after. Honestly, every member of the team deserves a bonus for the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend this place to everyone. And most importantly — the prices! I don’t think you can eat this well for less money anywhere else. Please don’t raise them, because that’s what will keep you the best and the most loved restaurant, where people like me and my partner will always want to return. The Iraqi kebab was very nice. Meat was nice and tender, resembling bbg lamb chops-ribs. They don’t give you a knife unless you ask for one. Cheap and delicious. Amazing bread too.
